The water protection cushions with practical carrying strap absorb water like a sponge within a very short time and thus protect against damage around your home. Depending on their size, they absorb up to 20 litres of water within a few minutes, the protective tubes even absorb up to 80 litres of water and prevent water from spreading further by swelling up.

After drying, the protective hoses and cushions can be reused several times. They are made of hard-wearing, tear-resistant material and can be set up quickly and easily without the time-consuming filling required for sandbags.

Material information

We use a high-quality and environmentally friendly non-woven fabric that is filled with a superabsorbent granulate. The nonwoven absorbs liquid and stores it. In this way, a water barrier can be created later. The superabsorbent granulate inside the cushions and tubes absorbs liquids effectively and quickly.

Up to 20 litres of water are absorbed per cushion and up to 80 litres per tube, depending on the size. These values were achieved with water as the test liquid and 20°dH German hardness. The maximum capacity and the absorption speed depend on the degree of hardness and contamination of the water. The cleaner the water, the more volume can be absorbed.
